Join us as a volunteer for this exciting event! Opportunities will be available throughout the conference, with positions beginning as early as Monday, March 8.

Join us in Baltimore for 2027!
We invite you to be part of NCECA’s 61st Annual Conference, Charm, taking place March 10–13, 2027. Volunteer opportunities span the full week, with some roles beginning as early as Monday, March 8.
In exchange for approximately 13 hours of service, volunteers receive a year-long NCECA membership, a full conference pass, and a meaningful, behind-the-scenes experience.
Volunteers are essential to the success of the conference. Whether you’re a student, educator, artist, or ceramics enthusiast, it’s a great way to connect with others, engage more deeply with the event, and contribute to this vibrant community.

Volunteer Expectations
All volunteers are asked to:
Review and follow NCECA’s Community Guidelines and Respectful Culture Policy
Engage respectfully and constructively with staff, coordinators, presenters, registrants, and the public
Help uphold badge requirements for access to conference programming
Support safe and accessible spaces by keeping aisles and doorways clear and encouraging attendees to fill available seating
Assist with additional duties as needed
