All for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations that support ceramic arts, learning, and creation are eligible to exhibit in the Resource Hall at the heart of the NCECA conference. Commercial vendors interested in promoting, selling, and advancing awareness of their products and services while building relationships with clients may purchase booth spaces for the event. Nonprofit and other mission-focused organizations may purchase table spaces to raise awareness of and recruit participants for their programs and opportunities. The Resource Hall provides a platform to showcase tools, technology, and experiences that advance the ceramic arts community.
2027 NCECA Resource Hall Booth and Table Bookings
Resource Hall Info and Booking
The 2027 Resource Hall Information Packet with fees, floor plan, and instructions for booking an exhibitor space will be available on the NCECA Resource Hall webpage by early Fall 2026. Resource Hall booth and table bookings will be taking place in three phases, beginning in September 2026, and will be a first come, first served online booking process through the NCECA User Portal, for all exhibitors.
New Membership Benefit: Member Priority Booking
NCECA is pleased to introduce Member Priority Booking for the 2027 Resource Hall. Each Resource Hall booking phase will begin with a Member Priority Booking Period, providing current NCECA Corporate and Institutional Members with early access to booth and table selection. Specific eligibility requirements and booking windows vary by phase and are outlined in the Resource Hall Booking Schedule below.
This new benefit is designed to recognize and reward organizations that support NCECA through membership while continuing to welcome both members and non-members to participate in the Resource Hall.
Phase 1: Sponsorship Priority Booking:
Opens on Monday, September 14th at 12:00 PM/ET and closes on Tuesday, September 22nd at 5:00PM/ET.
Available to exhibitors with Corporate or Institutional Memberships who have purchased sponsorship packages. À la carte purchases are not eligible.
During this phase, eligible exhibitors may select from any available booth size or configuration.
Phase 2: Large Footprint Booking
Available to exhibitors purchasing four (4) or more booth spaces.
Member Priority Booking:
Opens on Wednesday, September 23rd at 12:00PM/ET and closes on Wednesday, September 30th at 12:00PM/ET.Open Booking:
Opens on Wednesday, September 30th at 12:00 PM EST and closes on Tuesday, October 6th at 5:00PM/ET.
Phase 3: Small Footprint and Table Booking
Available to exhibitors purchasing one to three (1–3) booth spaces, as well as Resource Tables.

Member Priority Booking provides eligible NCECA Corporate and Institutional Members with early access to Resource Hall booth and table selection.In Phase 1: Sponsorship Priority Booking is available exclusively to eligible sponsors with active Corporate or Institutional Memberships.
In Phases 2 and 3: Organizations with current Corporate and Institutional Memberships receive one week of priority access before booking opens to all eligible exhibitors, regardless of membership status. -
Sponsorship information and pricing are available on the NCECA website here. Sponsorship packages will be released for purchase through the NCECA Online Store on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 12:00PM/ET.
To purchase a sponsorship package, log in to the NCECA User Portal and select Sponsorships from the left-hand menu.
Sponsorship Priority Booking is available to exhibitors with active Corporate or Institutional Memberships who purchase a sponsorship package. Member Priority Booking is available to organizations and companies with active Corporate or Institutional memberships.Corporate memberships are intended for manufacturers, distributors, publishers, retailers, and other commercial companies, which typically exhibit in Resource Hall booth spaces. Institutional memberships are intended for schools, nonprofit organizations, and other eligible entities, which typically exhibit at Resource Hall table spaces.
Please note that Individual Memberships do not qualify for Member Priority Booking or Resource Hall booth/table discounts.

To purchase a membership, log in to your NCECA User Portal account and navigate to Memberships > Become a Member in the left-hand menu.
Be sure to select a membership for your company or organization rather than an Individual Membership, as Individual Memberships do not qualify for Member Priority Booking or Resource Hall exhibitor discounts.

No. Membership is not required to exhibit in the Resource Hall.
However, active Corporate and Institutional Members receive access to Member Priority Booking and qualify for discounted booth or table rates, as well as other member benefits.

2027 Resource Hall Exhibitor Guidelines
Commercial Booths
Businesses exhibiting in Commercial Booths may sell materials, tools, equipment, resources, and technology used in the education and production of ceramic art. Branded merchandise such as T-shirts and other promotional products may also be sold.
Resource Tables
Non-profit and educational organizations exhibiting at Resource Tables may promote their mission and sell related publications (e.g., books, exhibition catalogs), media (e.g., videos, CDs, DVDs), and branded merchandise such as T-shirts that support and align with their organizational purpose.
Ceramic Wares Display Policy
Ceramic wares directly related to the exhibitor’s products, services, or mission may be displayed in booths or tables, provided they do not exceed 25% of the purchased display area. However, ceramic wares may NOT be sold at Resource Hall Booths or Tables. This is reserved for the Gallery Expo area in the Resource Hall.
Display Standards
All display areas must comply with NCECA and conference center policies. NCECA representatives reserve the right to remove or modify display elements that do not adhere to these guidelines or the overall purpose of the Resource Hall.

One 6’ white draped table and two chairs, one wastebasket, company/organization identification signage, 8’ black back drape and 3’ black side drape (drape included with commercial booths only)

Resource Tables
3 (three) 4-day conference passes for representatives per table
Additional Information:
Organizations needing more passes beyond the included allotment may purchase Student or Standard passes through NCECA’s online registration system or onsite at the conference.
The best conference pass rates are available during the Early Bird discount period.
Please note: NCECA membership is not included with representative passes and must be purchased or renewed separately.

Organization Membership
To receive discounted member pricing on booth or table spaces, your organization must have a Corporate or Institutional Membership. Individual memberships do not provide discounted pricing on booth/table bookings.
