NCECA’s 60th Annual Conference, Exhibitions Bus Tour Information
Eleven Featured Exhibitions have been selected through a rigorous proposal review process for the 2026 conference. NCECA Bus Tours give attendees the opportunity to visit these Featured Exhibitions along with several nearby Clay Around Town exhibitions.
Four daytime routes are offered on Wednesday, with both daytime and evening routes available on Thursday and Friday. Riders must remain with the bus they initially board for the entire duration of the scheduled route.
Please note: The amount of time visitors may wish to spend at an exhibition is subjective. Although NCECA makes every effort to thoughtfully estimate the duration for each stop, some visits may feel longer or shorter depending on individual preference. Also, buses may occasionally need to drop passengers farther from a venue than originally anticipated, which may reduce the time available at a stop.
Tickets are available for advance purchase only through the NCECA Online Store, and seating is limited.
All ticket sales are non-refundable; however, if a route sells at less than 50% capacity, riders may be asked to transfer to a different route or may request a refund.
On-site ticket sales will not be available in Detroit.

EXHIBITION BUS TOURS | GENERAL INFORMATION
SEATS ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED, AND TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE THROUGH THE NCECA ONLINE STORE BEFORE THE CONFERENCE.
Seating is limited. Tickets must be purchased in advance through the NCECA Online Store before the conference.
All ticket sales are non-refundable.Check-in: Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure at the Bus Tour Check-In Desk near the Atwater Street (Atrium) Entrance.
What to bring: Snacks (lunch) and water; limited time to buy refreshments. Dress for the weather.
Departure & Return location: Huntington Place Convention Center – Atwater Street (Atrium) Entrance.
Tour guidelines: Follow the Bus Host’s schedule and instructions at all times.
Buses depart promptly and cannot wait for late riders. If you miss the bus, you will need to arrange your own transportation.
No bus switching at any stop due to limited seating.
Exhibitions: Full listings are available on the NCECA website and can also be accessed through the NCECA App when in Detroit (when available).
At multi-venue stops, prioritize the locations you most want to visit, as there will not be time to visit all exhibitions.

Due to limited availability through our charter bus provider, wheelchair-accessible buses cannot be guaranteed for all routes. Requests should be made as early as possible to confirm availability. Please contact tammy@nceca.net
IMPORTANT NOTE: The tour bus will depart each venue promptly and cannot wait for late riders. If you miss the bus, you must arrange your own transportation to the next stop or back to the Convention Center. Switching buses at any stop is also prohibited due to limited seating capacity. Return times may vary slightly due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
