The line starts early! 

NCECA welcomes cups and mugs from all who would like to donate. The Cup Exhibition & Sale support the NCECA Fund for Artistic Development, designed to provide opportunities for artistic growth through scholarships and programs, including the Regina Brown Undergraduate Fellowship. 

The pieces may not exceed 9 x 9 x 9 inches. Please indicate a suggested selling price and include your business card in the cup(s) if available.

Please deliver your priced cup(s) on Wednesday, March 26, and Thursday, March 27, to room 250 A–B and D–E, level two, in the Calvin L. Rampton Salt Palace Convention Center. Each cup will be considered for a “Cups of Merit” Commission Award. The cups will go on sale Friday, March 28 at 8:00AM. Purchases will be limited to three cups. The line starts early!

For those not attending the conference, you may ship your cup(s) properly packed and must be received by Monday, March 24, 2025, addressed to:

Fed-Ex and UPS are preferred.

Cups to be shipped should be double-boxed with at least 1” of soft/compressible padding (bubble wrap) around all clay surfaces and a minimum of 12 of shock absorbent packing (shipping peanuts or similar) materials between inner and outer boxes. Only new or nearly new and stable box constructions with sealed edges should be used (6 sheets of cardboard that are not firmly attached along all edges are not an adequate substitute).
