All for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations that support ceramic arts, learning, and creation are eligible to exhibit in the Resource Hall at the heart of the NCECA conference. Commercial vendors interested in promoting, selling, and advancing awareness of their products and services while building relationships with clients may purchase booth spaces for the event. Nonprofit and other mission-focused organizations may purchase table spaces to raise awareness and recruit for their programs and opportunities. The Resource Hall provides a platform to showcase tools, technology, and experiences that advance the ceramic arts community.

Resource Hall Booth and Table Bookings for 2026 (Opening Soon) 

  • Phase I:   Sponsorships and Sponsorship Priority Booking - Mid-August 2025

  • Phase II:  Large Footprint Exhibitors (4+ Booths) - Early September 2025

  • Phase III: Smaller Footprint (1-3 Booths) and Resource Tables  - Early October 2025

2026 Resource Hall Exhibitor Guidelines

Commercial Booths
Businesses exhibiting in Commercial Booths may sell materials, tools, equipment, resources, and technology used in the education and production of ceramic art. Branded merchandise such as T-shirts and other promotional products may also be sold.

Resource Tables
Non-profit and educational organizations exhibiting at Resource Tables may promote their mission and sell related publications (e.g., books, exhibition catalogs), media (e.g., videos, CDs, DVDs), and branded merchandise such as T-shirts that support and align with their organizational purpose.

Ceramic Wares Display Policy
Ceramic wares directly related to the exhibitor’s products, services, or mission may be displayed in booths or tables, provided they do not exceed 25% of the purchased display area. However, ceramic wares may NOT be sold at Resource Hall Booths or Tables. This is reserved for the Gallery Expo area in the Resource Hall.

Display Standards
All display areas must comply with NCECA and conference center policies. NCECA representatives reserve the right to remove or modify display elements that do not adhere to these guidelines or the overall purpose of the Resource Hall.

What is Included with Each Booking

All Exhibitor Fees Include:

  • One 6’ draped table and two chairs, one wastebasket, company/organization identification signage, 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape

Conference Passes:

  • Commercial Booths

    • 3 (three) 4-day conference passes for representatives with each booth purchased

  • Resource Tables

    • 3 (three) 4-day conference passes for representatives per table

Additional Information:

  • Organizations needing more passes beyond the included allotment may purchase Student or Standard passes through NCECA’s online registration system or onsite at the conference.

  • The best conference pass rates are available during the Early Bird discount period.

Please note: NCECA membership is not included with representative passes and must be purchased or renewed separately.

To receive member pricing on booth or table reservations, please ensure your organization’s Corporate or Institutional Membership is active before booking.

The Primary Contact for your organization can access the membership account by logging into the NCECA Member Portal using their primary email and password.
