NCECA’s 59th Annual Conference, Exhibitions Bus Tours Information

Ten Featured Exhibitions have been selected through a rigorous proposal review process for the 2025 conference. NCECA Bus Tours provide attendees with an opportunity to visit Featured Exhibitions and several nearby Clay Around Town exhibitions.
Two daytime routes are offered on Wednesday, along with daytime and evening routes on Thursday and Friday. Bus tours require that the riders remain with the bus they initially board for the entire scheduled route.
Tickets are available by advance purchase only through the NCECA Online Store. Seats are limited. Please note that onsite ticket sales will not be available onsite in Salt Lake City.
In light of other transportation options accessible in conference host cities, NCECA has elected to no longer operate continuous shuttles traveling over the same routes as part of its commitment to designing a greener conference experience.
Additionally, riders who purchase tickets on routes that sell to less than 50% capacity may be asked to transfer to a different route or request a refund.

Bus tour tickets are available by advance purchase only, while supplies last. Purchase on NCECA online store.
Tickets will not be sold on-site in Salt Lake City.
Seats are limited, so secure your spot early.
Please Note: Tickets are non-refundable. All ticket sales are final.
EXHIBITION BUS TOURS | GENERAL INFORMATION
SEATS ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED, AND TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE THROUGH THE NCECA ONLINE STORE BEFORE THE CONFERENCE.
Refunds: Ticket purchases are Non-refundable.
Check-In: At least 30 minutes before departure at the Bus Tour Check-In Desk outside the Gallery Expo.
Preparation: Bring snacks (lunch) and water; limited time during stops to purchase refreshments. Dress accordingly for the weather.
Departure and final return location: Salt Palace Convention Center, 200 South Entrance
Instructions: Adhere to the designated times provided by the Bus Host, and please follow the Bus Host's instructions for timely departures.

Some stops have multiple venues within walking distance of the drop-off location. Please be aware that time may be limited to visit all exhibitions at these stops and plan accordingly.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The tour bus will depart each venue promptly and cannot wait for late riders. If you miss the bus, you must arrange your own transportation to the next stop or back to the Convention Center. Switching buses at any stop is also prohibited due to limited seating capacity.
