Any company or non-profit entity that manufactures or provides products or services to the ceramic arts and education is eligible to represent itself in the Commercial & Non-Profit Resource Hall (formerly known as the Exhibit Hall). The purpose of this hall is to promote products, services, technology, resources and missions of businesses and non-profit organizations that support the field.

Commercial Booth may sell materials, tools, equipment, resources and technology used in education and direct production of ceramic wares. T-shirts promoting the business or its products may also be available for sale.
Resource Tables may promote their organizational mission and sell publications (such as books, and exhibition catalogs) resources (videos, CDs, and DVDs) and T-shirts related to the mission of their organization.
Ceramic wares that relate directly to the products, resources and/or services offered by participating businesses and non-profits may be displayed in up to 25% of the space purchased but they may NOT be sold.
All Resource Hall display areas must conform to NCECA and Conference Center guidelines. NCECA and Conference Center representatives reserve the right to remove elements of displays that do not conform to the purpose or other regulations associated with this area.

EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN and badge printing:
Tuesday, March 14, 2023, 10am to 6pm
Setup: Tuesday, March 14, 2023, from NOON to 6pm
Resource Hall Hours
Wednesday/Thursday, March 15/16 – 9am to 5pm
Friday, March 17 – 8:30am to 4:30pm
Breakdown: Friday, March 17 – 4:30pm to 11:00pm.

Exhibitor Fees Include
Corporate Membership is required for Commercial Booth Member fees.
Institutional Membership is required for Resource Table Member fees.
Please be sure your Corporate or Institutional Membership is current to obtain the member fee BEFORE making booth/table requests or payment.
The Primary Contact can login HERE with their primary email and password. Select the company/organization to view the company/organization profile, click the little person icon in the top right corner.
EXHIBITOR FEES INCLUDE a 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, company/organization signage, and 4-day conference passes for your representatives to work your booth/table.
First commercial booth fee includes three 4-day conference passes, each additional booth fee includes two 4-day conference passes, and the option to purchase two additional 4-day conference passes at $125 each, PER company.
Resource table fee includes two 4-day conference passes and the option to purchase two additional 4-day conference passes at $125 each.
Membership is NOT included with representative conference passes – please advise your representatives.
