IMAGES – maximum 10
Files must be 800 KB or less.

All image files to be uploaded as a .jpg file only

Minimum resolution of 150 ppi, maximum of 300 ppi

Images should be no less than 4″ in height or width

The standard image details required on each image for all submissions:

  1. Title
  2. Relevance to the presentation (Limit 50 words)
  3. Brief Image description to include: (Limit 50 words)
    Artist name
    Year of piece
    Materials used (if applicable)
    Type of firing (if applicable)
    Dimensions (H x W x D)
    Photo credit (if applicable)

VIDEO and AUDIO files – maximum two
Video files must be uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo
https://www.youtube.com/ or https://vimeo.com/
Audio files must be uploaded to SoundCloud
https://soundcloud.com/

Set media files to public so that reviewers may access them without entering a password.

Include the link to your video or audio in your proposal.

Files should be no longer than 5-minutes in duration.

Content must be directly related to your proposal.

The standard details required on each video/audio for all submissions:

  1. Url to video/audio
  2. Brief description to include: (Limit 50 words)
    Title
    Artist/Participant name(s)
    Description of the recording
    Date of recording
    Producer name (if applicable)
  3. Relevance to the presentation (Limit 50 words)
