Helpful Hints: If over the past 9 years, you’ve previously registered for a conference, had a membership in NCECA, or made a purchase through our website, you likely already have a Membersuite User Portal account. The email address you used at the time you set up the account is most likely the Membersuite Account User ID.

MAKE SURE YOU’RE LOGGED IN to your User Portal account. To do this:

  • Click the person icon in the upper-right of your screen (next to the shopping cart)
  • If you see “Log In” click that link and enter your login credentials.
  • If you see “Welcome, First Name,” then you’re already logged in and can go ahead and register.

Review and decide on a registration type (listed in the chart below), click the big blue button labeled REGISTER at the top-right of your screen. You’ll be taken to the registration page where you’ll select your registration type, answer registration questions, and click CHECKOUT to enter payment information and complete your order.

NCECA is a membership organization. While the conference is open to everyone, being a member of NCECA gets you valuable benefits and discounts on conference registration. Compare rates, and consider renewing or becoming a member of NCECA before registering for conference.
Do you need a sign language interpreter or other special assistance? Please contact Conference Manager Dori Nielsen via email to Dori@nceca.net. Requests made 15 days prior to the event start date will be accommodated to the best of NCECA’s capacity.
The name badge serves as proof of conference registration and is required to be worn at all times for entry into the Exhibitor Resource Hall and nearly all NCECA conference programming. Name badges will be checked upon entry into all NCECA programming rooms and halls. Exceptions include events that are open to the public: Projects Space, Gallery Expo, Keynote lecture on Wednesday evening, Cup Sale, K-12 Exhibition.

Cancellation Deadline March 11, 2020
Cancellation Policy for Early Bird and Advance registration pricing.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by March 11, 2020 and are subject to a $40 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after this date are not eligible for a refund. No fee type exchanges after this date. Memberships are non-refundable.

After Advance deadline ends registration will be available online March 23 and onsite at the Greater Richmond Convention Center starting 12:00 noon on March 24, 2020.
