2014 NCECA GALLERY EXPO INFORMATION
NCECA’s Gallery Expo features displays of extraordinary works in clay– functional, decorative and sculptural– all of which are available for purchase by visitors. Open to the public from Tuesday evening to Friday afternoon of conference week, representatives and artists from participating galleries are scheduled to make brief presentations that illuminate the process of creation as well as the joy of collecting and using contemporary ceramic works by leading makers. The galleries involved create a unique opportunity to experience and acquire works that might not otherwise be available in the conference region.
The NCECA Gallery Expo, Projects Space and Special Exhibits will be held in Exhibit Hall A of the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee, 400 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53203. This is the same space as Commercial and Non Profit a?Resource Hall.a? Access to the Gallery Expo will be free and open to the public and precede entry to the Resource Hall.
