Eligibility
The NCECA 2009 RSJE was open to all matriculating undergraduate and graduate students in the states of Arizona, New Mexico, California, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska The applicant must have been working towards a degree in art at the time of submittal.
