Several of the sponsorship benefits listed are dependent on the confirmation of sponsorships prior to the conference. Listings in exhibition catalogs and announcements must be confirmed 6 months in advance of the conference. Listings in the conference program guide must be confirmed 4 months in advance of the conference. Most other sponsorship benefits will be achievable with confirmation 6-weeks prior to the conference.
