2010 Non-Profit Exhibitor List 2.18.10

Any company or nonprofit entity that manufactures or provides products or services to the ceramic industry is eligible to exhibit.

Commercial Exhibitors may sell materials used in production of ceramic objects only, and may not sell finished ceramics such as pottery, art, tiles or other objects.
Nonprofit Exhibitors may sell only literature and publications related to the mission of their organization (such as books, exhibition catalogs, videos, CDs and DVDs). T-shirts may also be sold.

In order to take advantage of Member Pricing for your exhibitor space, your company or institution will need to be a current member at the time of the conference. Please renew or join now or you may renew or join with your Space Request for 2011.

Important Dates to Remember:

Late August 2010 - Exhibitor packet to be posted
October 22, 2010 - Deadline to submit Space request for first round of space assignments.
Early November, 2010 - Space assignments to be sent.
January 21, 2011 – Final payment due.
January 2011 – Exhibitor Packet from Geo E Fern, Co sent via e-mail.
March 4, 2011 – All Exhibitor Representative Registration forms and payments due.
March 29, 2011 – Tuesday, Exhibit Hall set-up 12noon-6pm.
March 30 – April 2, 2011 – 44th Annual NCECA Conference, Philadelphia, PA
March 30, 2011 – Wednesday, Exhibit Hall is open - times to be announced.
March 31 - April 1, 2011 – Thursday and Friday, Exhibit hall is open - times to be announced.
April 1, 2011 – Friday, Exhibit Hall breakdown 5pm to 11:59pm.
