ANNUAL CUP SALE

ANNUAL CUP SALE – MARK THE 26TH ANNIVERSARY BY MAKING IT OUR BEST EVER!

You are invited to participate in this popular fundraiser by donating and buying cups.  The cup sale supports the NCECA Fund for Artistic Development designed to provide opportunities for artistic growth through scholarships, residencies and programs including the Regina Brown Undergraduate Fellowship.  The pieces may not exceed 9x9x9 inches. Each cup will be considered for a “Cups of Merit” Commission Award. Purchases will be limited to three cups.

Cups to be shipped should be double boxed with at least 1” of soft/compressible padding (bubble wrap) around all clay surfaces and a minimum of 1” of shock absorbent packing (shipping peanuts or similar) materials between inner and outer boxes.  Only new or nearly new and stable box constructions with sealed edges should be used (6 sheets of cardboard that are not firmly attached along all edges are not an adequate substitute).

More informative information on packaging your ceramics for shipment is available in this informative video http://blog.nceca.net/packaging-and-crating-for-artists-conference-content-online

Please indicate a suggested selling price and include your business card in the cup(s).  NCECA and Brett Binford/Eutectic Gallery are not responsible for any damaged, broken or lost items.

I worked as a volunteer this year and will do that for all future conferences I attend. Volunteering was a fantastic experience!”
