ANNUAL CUP SALE

Mark the 24th Anniversary by Making it Our Best Ever!

You are invited to participate in this popular fundraiser by donating and buying cups.  The cup sale supports the NCECA Fund for Artistic Development designed to provide opportunities for artistic growth through scholarships, residencies and programs including the Regina Brown Undergraduate Fellowship.  The pieces may not exceed 9x9x9 inches.  Please deliver your cup(s) on Wednesday, March 16, and Thursday, March 17, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. to Grand Ballroom D (also listed as lobby 2501D) located on level 2 in the Kansas City Convention Center.  Each cup will be considered for a “Cups of Merit” Commission Award.  Each on-site donor will receive a bonus NCECA 2017 Conference/Membership drawing ticket in addition to the ticket in the conference packet.  The cups will go on sale Friday, March 18, 8:00 a.m.  Purchases will be limited to three cups.

For those not attending the conference, you may ship your cup properly packed, to arrive by Wednesday, March 9, 2015, addressed to:

HOW TO PACK YOUR CUPS:
Cups to be shipped should be double boxed with at least 1” of soft/ compressible padding (bubble wrap) around all  clay surfaces and a minimum of 1” of shock absorbent packing (shipping peanuts or similar) materials between inner and outer boxes. Only new or nearly new and stable boxes constructions with sealed edges should be used (6 sheets of cardboard that are not firmly attached along all edges are not an adequate substitute).
